“What a wonderful week we had!  Rocksite is certainly a gem. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door, and some friends who came for coffee after an excellent meal in the village commented on the warm atmosphere straight away. The wildlife also put on a show for us: the bats flying out each evening, the family of chaffinch young being fed by the hanging flower pot, the group of fallow deer looking in on us one evening, the red squirrels, and a wide variety of birds. There is no doubt in our minds that we will be back.” (and they have been, several times.)

Spacious, comfortably furnished lounge (right) with log-burning stove, portable gas fire, colour TV with Freeview, video recorder/DVD player, CD player, pay-telephone and large, south-facing glass doors leading to furnished terrace with gas barbecue.
